A Group of Emporia Area Musicians

Bruce Hoover,  Virginia Shaw,  Wayne Stoll,  Violet Drinkwater,  Henry Gardner,   Fred Masters,  Leonard Wagner,  Jack Cunningham,  Rick Kaniper

This chapter was formed in May 1971 by Mr. and Mrs. Klinesargie, Chuck Watkins, Paul Dungan, and Bus Yoakem.  Early members included Millard and Margaret Stewart who  transferred from the Tecumseh Chapter.  The chapter met in the Bazaar School and Cottonwood Falls before moving to Emporia.  Marvin and Doris Gough also helped establish this chapter.
