Convention Rules   

Basic information:  

The purpose of the Annual Meeting and Convention is to bring together all the members of the organization (statewide) to conduct the required business of the organization and to strengthen the organization by fellowship of members from different chapters.  

Contestants and all backup musicians are required to be members of the KOFP&S.

Contestants and all backup musicians in individual contests must have performed at five (5) regular programs between January 1st and December 31st of the preceding year, in five (5) different months at any chapter or combination of chapters.  

Contestants must pre-register for the contest desired.  See your chapter secretary for forms.  

The KOFP&S State Secretary must have registration forms no later than March 1st, 2008.
